Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Telecaller

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, generating leads, providing information about products/services, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads. Handle inbound customer queries and provide appropriate solutions or information. Explain product/service features and benefits in a clear and persuasive manner. Follow up on leads and maintain records of customer interactions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
