Job Title: Tele caller - Immigration Services Department:
Client Services Reports To: Team Lead, Client Services
Job Summary: The Tele caller is responsible for engaging with prospective and existing clients to understand their immigration needs and guide them through the process of obtaining Work permits and Assisting in obtaining Visa .
This role involves making outbound calls to generate leads, answering inbound inquiries, and providing detailed information about immigration services offered by the Fairmont.
The tele caller will also manage client records, schedule appointments, and contribute to the overall success of the Fairmont's client outreach efforts.
