We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented
Telesales Executive
to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer-handling ability, and a passion for sales. Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain customer records and update CRM data regularly
Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and follow-ups
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any Graduate / Diploma / Plus Two (Freshers can apply)
Good communication skills in
Tamil & English
(Hindi is an added advantage)
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude

Freshers:
Training will be provided
Experienced Candidates:
1-2 years of telesales / telemarketing experience preferred
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Experience in B2B / B2C sales
Knowledge of CRM tools
Strong listening and interpersonal skills
