Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell Solido Tires.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to generate customer interest.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about the product.
Maintain a record of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role.
Strong communication and persuasive skills in [English/Tamil/Hindi - as applicable].
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated in a sales-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
High school diploma or graduation preferred.
