We are looking for a

Tele Sales Executive

to join our team at

Ghar Mil Gaya Interiors

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our interior design services, and converting leads into appointments or confirmed clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products and services. Follow up on leads provided by the marketing team and maintain daily call logs. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable design or service solutions. Schedule appointments for sales/consultation teams. Achieve monthly targets for calls, conversions, and appointments. Maintain a good relationship with existing and potential clients. Update CRM with all relevant lead and follow-up details.

Requirements:

Minimum

6 months of experience

in tele sales, customer service, or real estate/interior sales. Excellent

communication and persuasion skills

. Ability to handle client queries confidently and professionally. Good knowledge of

MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools

. Positive attitude and target-driven mindset. Fluency in

Hindi and English

Marathi

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
