Job Summary:



We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated

Telesales Executive / Telecaller Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, explaining product details, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate product information. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or packages. Maintain customer databases and record call details in CRM software. Follow up with interested leads and ensure timely conversion. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Build and maintain good relationships with customers. Report customer feedback, issues, and suggestions to the sales manager.

Requirements:



Education:

Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

0-2 years in telesales, telecalling, or customer support (freshers can also apply).

Skills:

Excellent communication and convincing skills (in Telugu/English/Hindi as required). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry). Good listening skills and positive attitude. Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.
Language : Telugu, English, Hindi
