Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and generate sales leads
Explain company products and services clearly to clients
Follow up with interested customers and close deals
Maintain call records and update customer details
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with the team for lead management and support
Requirements
Must be fluent in Tamil and Malayalam
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge
Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
Experience in telesales or customer support is an advantage
