Proactively connect with potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email to promote solar solutions
Educate prospects on solar EPC offerings, benefits, and ROI
Qualify leads, schedule site visits, and coordinate with field sales teams
Maintain CRM records and follow up diligently to close deals
Support marketing campaigns with outbound calling and lead nurturing
Handle basic objections and escalate technical queries to relevant teams
Candidate Profile:
6 months to 2 years of tele sales or customer service experience (solar/energy sector preferred)
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic Excel
Passion for sustainability and clean energy
