Hindi, Nepali, and Bengali

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and inbound sales calls to customers

Promote and sell mobiles, smartphones, accessories, and home appliances

Explain product features, pricing, offers, and warranties clearly Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous customers Achieve daily and monthly sales targets Maintain call records, customer details, and sales data Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally Coordinate with the store team for order processing and delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication skills in Nepali, Hindi & Bengali

Experience in tele sales, retail sales, or electronics sales

(Preferred)

Ability to convince customers and close sales Basic knowledge of mobiles and home appliances Comfortable using phones, WhatsApp, and basic computer systems Minimum qualification: High school pass (10+2 preferred)
