Role Summary:

Responsible for converting leads into sales by counselling clients over calls, emails, and virtual meetings for immigration products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls

Counsel clients and recommend suitable immigration options

Achieve monthly / weekly sales targets

Follow up on leads and payments

Update CRM and sales trackers

Coordinate with internal teams post sales closure

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any stream

0-5 years experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales (Immigration preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Target-driven mindset

Languages:

Tamil
English
