Key duties involve cold calling, explaining offerings, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-ups, all while aiming to boost company revenue. Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential/existing customers to pitch products/services.
Handle inbound calls, answer questions, and process orders.
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in CRM software.
Follow sales scripts while also adapting to customer needs.
Resolve customer complaints and handle objections professionally.
Generate leads for the outside sales team.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven sales or customer service experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and active listening abilities.

Proficiency with CRM software and phone systems.
