Role Overview

We are looking for a

Tele Sales Executive

who will be responsible for

handling inbound sales leads generated via IndiaMART and Justdial

, converting them into customers, and ensuring a smooth sales experience. The role requires strong communication skills, follow-up discipline, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

inbound leads

received from

IndiaMART, Justdial, and other online platforms

Make

outbound follow-up calls

to interested prospects Understand customer requirements and

pitch relevant products/services

Explain pricing, offers, delivery timelines, and product features clearly Convert inquiries into

confirmed orders/sales

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM/Excel Perform regular

follow-ups

to close pending leads Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, accounts) for order fulfillment Achieve

daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Provide feedback on lead quality, customer objections, and market insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream) Good command over

Hindi & basic English

Strong communication and convincing skills Comfortable with

telecalling and sales targets

Familiarity with

IndiaMART / Justdial portals

is a strong plus Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently Energetic, self-driven, and result-oriented attitude
