We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented
Inside Sales Executive
to join our sales team. This is a backend, office-based tele sales and coordination role focused on converting inquiries into confirmed sales. You will handle incoming leads, build strong customer relationships, and manage the sales process from quotation to dispatch coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Call prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements and product needs.
Prepare and send quotations for Road Safety and Wire Netting products.
Regularly follow up with customers to close sales .
Coordinate with suppliers for product orders and ensure timely dispatch.
Maintain accurate follow-up records and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
Handle B2B inquiries from online portals like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Exporters India, and company websites.
Support the accounts team for payment follow-ups and ensure collections as per payment terms.
Desired Candidate Profile
12+ in any discipline.
1-5 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or customer service (B2B preferred) or Fresher may also apply.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Bengali added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, emailing, quotation preparation).
Positive attitude, persuasive communication, and consistent follow-up ability.
Experience handling inquiries from B2B portals like IndiaMART is a plus.
