Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for NBFC loan products
Generate leads and close sales over calls
Achieve
daily and monthly sales targets
Explain loan products clearly to customers
Maintain call records and MIS
Coordinate with internal teams for case processing
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / 12th pass (as per company norms)
1-3 years of experience in Tele Sales (NBFC/Banking preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Must be
comfortable with sales targets
