We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to prospective clients, and selling IT products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of IT solutions, and a strong ability to close sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales leads.
2. Promote and sell IT products and services (e.g., hardware, software, managed services, cloud solutions).
3. Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
4. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, web inquiries, and referrals.
5. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
6. Schedule meetings or product demos for field sales representatives.
7. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
8. Record all customer interactions in the CRM system.
9. Handle customer objections and provide excellent customer service.
10. Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery.
Requirements
:
1. Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the IT industry.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to understand technical products and present them effectively.
4. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
5. Self-motivated and target-driven.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
Nice to Have:
Experience selling SaaS, cloud solutions, or IT services.
Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
