To contact potential customers, explain loan products, assess eligibility, generate interest, collect required documents, and ensure smooth conversion of leads into disbursed loans.

Skills & Competencies Required

- Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English/regional languages).

- Good persuasive and negotiation skills.

- Ability to handle pressure and achieve monthly targets.

- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, email).

- Customer-focused and positive attitude.

- Prior telesales/loan sales experience preferred (NBFC advantage).
