Telesales Executive

Primary Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Onsite)

Role Overview:

We're looking for a results-driven Telesales Executive who can handle high call volumes, convert leads consistently, and maintain disciplined follow-ups. If you're comfortable with targets and can close over the phone, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

2. Deliver clear, concise product pitches and identify customer needs quickly.

3. Handle objections confidently and guide conversations toward conversion.

4. Maintain accurate lead data and follow-up schedules in CRM.

5. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

6. Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, conversions, and pipeline status.

Requirements:

1. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.

2. Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle frequent rejection.

3. Strong listening skills and ability to think on your feet.

4. Basic computer proficiency (CRM, email, spreadsheets).

5. Prior telesales/sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

6. Fluency in required languages.
