Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound and inbound calls to potential clients regarding real estate projects.
Explain property features, amenities, and pricing to prospective buyers.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Update and manage customer data in CRM software.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and follow-up targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of telecalling experience (real estate industry only).
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English.
Good personality with client-handling confidence.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Target-driven and result-oriented.
