Telesales Executive

to strengthen our sales and marketing team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and energetic

Telesales Executive

who can handle inbound/outbound calls, follow up with leads, explain services, and support basic marketing activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesTelesales / Calling:

Make outbound calls to potential customers Explain company services and convert leads Follow up with interested leads regularly Maintain daily calling reports Handle basic customer queries

Marketing & Coordination:

Support the marketing team in lead generation activities Share marketing materials with clients over WhatsApp/Email Coordinate with internal teams for service updates Assist in basic online marketing tasks when required

Record Keeping:

Update CRM/Google Sheets with lead details Track prospects, follow-ups, and conversions Maintain proper call logs and communication records

Skills Required

Good communication skills (Hindi/English) Confident, polite, and customer-friendly behaviour Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Sheets, WhatsApp Web) Ability to convince customers and handle objections Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred Freshers & Experienced both can apply Experience in telesales/telecalling will be an advantage

Salary?12,000 - ?22,000 per month

(Based on communication skills and experience)
