? Understand and cater to customer needs, especially related to religious and cultural contexts.
? Utilize tools like Kommo for customer management (preferred knowledge of such tools).
? Provide detailed information on products, pricing, and customization options.
? Process orders, manage customer accounts, and follow up on leads for smooth sales.
? Maintain updated product knowledge, including the cultural significance behind them.
? Collaborate with design and crafting teams to meet customer expectations.
? Participate in training to enhance cultural knowledge and sales techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
? Languages: Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English. Fluency in Marwari and Gujarati is highly preferred due to a significant client base in these regions.
? Experience: Experience in telesales, customer service, or related roles is preferred.
? Prior exposure to art, cultural, or religious products is a plus.
? Cultural Knowledge: Ability to understand and articulate the cultural/spiritual significance of deities and symbols.
? Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in engaging a culturally diverse client base.
? Professionalism: Self-motivated with a professional attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
