We are looking for a confident and self-motivated

Telesales Executive

to join our growing eCommerce team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally over calls and WhatsApp.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product details. Convert leads into sales and achieve daily/weekly targets. Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business. Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic product or order-related queries. Coordinate with internal teams for order status and support.

Requirements:

0 to 3 years of telesales/customer service experience (freshers can apply). Good English communication skills (spoken & written). Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets). Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
