About the Role
We are looking for a
Telesales Executive
who is confident, persuasive, and passionate about helping people save on healthcare costs. In this role, you'll be responsible for
reaching out to customers, explaining Dawaa Dost's products and offers, generating sales leads, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
through proactive follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound calls
to existing and potential customers.
Explain
generic medicine benefits, offers, and product details
clearly and convincingly.
Generate
sales leads
and achieve daily/weekly conversion targets.
Maintain accurate
customer interaction and sales records
in CRM tools.
Follow up on customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude while representing Dawaa Dost.
Qualifications
Graduate / 10+2 with relevant experience in
Telesales, Telemarketing, or Customer Support
.
0-3 years of experience in
healthcare, FMCG, or service-based telesales
.
Excellent communication and convincing skills in
Hindi and English
(regional language is a plus).
Basic knowledge of
MS Excel and CRM tools
.
Target-driven, energetic, and customer-focused.
Bonus Skills (A Plus for Your Application)
Experience in
Pharma or Healthcare Telecalling
.
Knowledge of
generic medicines or pharmacy retail
.
Strong data entry and reporting accuracy.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
