Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining product/service offerings, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Explain product/service features clearly and persuasively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through follow-ups.
Maintain a database of leads and prospects with proper documentation.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Report sales performance to the manager regularly.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience in telesales/inside sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Strong verbal communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English.
Ability to handle objections and convert potential customers into buyers.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM handling preferred).
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to achieve sales targets.
