Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling or by following up on marketing leads.

Sales Presentations:

Effectively present company products or services, highlighting benefits and features relevant to the customer's needs.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and loyalty.

Achieve Sales Targets:

Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and quotas.

Inbound & Outbound Calls:

Handle both incoming customer inquiries and outgoing sales calls to engage with clients.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and leads in a CRM system.

Customer Service:

Address customer questions, provide support, and resolve any issues or complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations.

Market Feedback:

Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Strong negotiation skills to persuade customers and close deals.
