We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Marketing Executive to join our team in the plant and machinery industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services via phone and email, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen interest in the plant and machinery sector, and a proven track record of sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other sales techniques.
Promote and sell the company's plant and machinery products, including equipment, parts, and services.
Understand customer requirements and tailor product offerings to meet their needs.
Provide customers with detailed product information, quotes, and pricing.
Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through consistent follow-up and support.
Provide after-sales support and address any customer inquiries or issues.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and new products in the plant and machinery sector.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele sales or telesales marketing, preferably within the plant and machinery or construction industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand technical products and convey complex information in a simple manner.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve targets.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
