The role involves generating sales through tele-calling for loan products like

Two-Wheeler Loan, Personal Loan, Used Car Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Solar Loan

. The ideal candidate should have prior tele-sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into business.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers for

Two-Wheeler, Personal, Used Car, LAP & Solar Loans

Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers Maintain daily calling records and update leads in Excel / CRM Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets Handle customer queries and provide solutions over the phone Coordinate with the credit and sales team for loan application processing

Requirements:

Male & Female both can apply

Minimum 1-4 years

of Tele-Sales / Loan Sales experience (NBFC/Banking preferred) Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills Basic MS Excel and documentation knowledge Target-driven and self-motivated personality
