We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic
Telesales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven telesales or customer service track record.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers.
Explain the products and services offered by the company.
Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in Telesales or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
