Job Role & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to students and parents to inform them about NEET & JEE courses offered by Gurcharanam Academy. Explain course details, benefits, and admission process clearly and confidently. Maintain a positive relationship with prospective students through effective communication. Follow up with interested candidates to ensure enrollment. Maintain and update student database regularly. Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Key Skills Required:

Good communication skills (Hindi & English). Persuasive and confident over the phone. Ability to handle student/parent queries politely and professionally. Basic computer knowledge.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or education sector will be an added advantage.
