Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities of Sales Executive

1. Lead Generation & Market Research

Identify potential customers in residential, business, and institutional segments

2. Product Promotion & Client Interaction

Present and explain product features (software, CCTV, surveillance)

Develop client interest through demos and proposals

3. Sales Closing & Target Achievement

Negotiate pricing, and close deals

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management

4. Customer Relationship Management

Follow-up with prospects and maintain long-term relationships

Ensure client satisfaction post-installation and address basic queries

5. Reporting & Coordination

Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager

Coordinate with the technical team for installations and support

Key Skills Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving and persuasion skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?9,000.00 per month
