Job Description

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products/services to drive sales. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products/services. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and sales activity. Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales goals. Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and share best practices. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any inquiries or concerns.
