Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive

Telesales Executive

to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be fluent in

Kannada, Hindi, and English

, and have a passion for healthcare and wellness. A

medical background

is highly preferred to better understand customer needs and communicate product benefits effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell our Ayurvedic health products. Explain product features, benefits, and usage in an easy-to-understand manner. Answer customer queries related to health conditions, dosages, and product suitability. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales. Maintain a database of customer interactions and update records in the CRM system. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English is mandatory.

Educational background in medical, paramedical, or life sciences is preferred.

Good communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
