MetaBlock Technologies is seeking a driven and persuasive
Tele Sales Executive
to join our growing team. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales over the phone, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
Clearly explain the company's services and offerings to clients.
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and leads.
Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, or email.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales/customer-facing role.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Confidence in handling rejection and maintaining follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of IT and digital services (preferred).
Proficient in CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly.
