Role and Responsibilities:
Handle customers' inbound and outbound calls.
Answer their queries professionally and provide information about our services.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken upon the client's requests.
Accelerating company growth by sourcing new clients.
Keeping a close eye on client's feedback.
Suggesting any upgrades that may interest potential clients.
