Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to drive sales of ToothLens dental plans through outbound and inbound calls. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining plan benefits clearly, and closing sales over phone and WhatsApp. This is a target-driven role suited for professionals who are confident on calls and comfortable closing.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to warm and fresh leads for ToothLens dental plans Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into paid customers Clearly explain dental plan features, coverage, pricing, and eligibility Follow up with interested prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email Maintain accurate lead and sales updates in CRM / Google Sheets Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Address basic customer queries and objections confidently Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth onboarding

Skills Required

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Ability to explain products in a simple, customer-friendly manner High energy, persistence, and result-oriented mindset Comfortable working with targets and follow-ups Basic computer skills (CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp tools)
