Telesales Executive (Sales)
to join our remote sales team. The role involves handling customer calls, promoting numerology and related services and converting leads into successful sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers
Explain company services clearly and convincingly
Convert inquiries into confirmed sales or paid consultations
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
Follow up with interested customers to close sales
Meet daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain professional and polite communication with clients
Work independently while following company sales guidelines
Required Skills & Experience
5-10 years of experience in telecalling or telesales
Proven sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach
Ability to work remotely with discipline and accountability
Prior sales experience is
mandatory
(experience in astrology/numerology sales will be an added advantage)
