Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone, promoting our products or services, and closing sales. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and building customer relationships through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:



Outbound Sales Calls:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce and promote services to potential clients. Engage prospects, answer queries, and highlight product benefits.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Achieving Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Track and report on sales performance and progress toward goals. Handle objections and overcome challenges to close deals effectively.

Database Management:

Accurately record all interactions and transactions with customers. Follow up on previous calls and maintain a pipeline of potential leads.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about company products or services and their features. Provide accurate information to customers about pricing, features, and benefits. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's offerings to answer customer queries confidently.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team to share insights, leads, and sales strategies. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of orders and customer inquiries. Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure to meet targets. Persuasive, energetic, and enthusiastic approach to sales. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.). A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Experience:
