We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our team. Your main job will be to call potential customers and help generate leads for our

Website Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing

services.

What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls to potential clients using our leads and database. Clearly explain our services: Website Design, SEO, and Digital Marketing. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team. Keep a daily record of calls and update the lead status on CRM Follow up with interested leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in tele calling, telesales, or any customer-facing role (experience in IT services is a plus). Good communication skills in

Hindi and English

. Basic understanding of websites, SEO, and digital marketing (we'll provide training if needed). Comfortable using spreadsheets or CRM tools to track leads.
