Responsibilities



Make

25 outbound cold calls per day

(3 hours of work daily). Introduce Visity's AI Agent and spark interest in further discussions. Qualify prospects and attempt to reach decision-makers (e.g., managers, owners). You do not have to close the sale. You just have to qualify the leads and pass it on. Log outcomes of every call into the provided

Excel sheet

(accurate notes are a must). Follow the provided script/guidelines while keeping conversations natural. Provide basic feedback on call results to help refine messaging.

Requirements



Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or cold calling is REQUIRED. Strong spoken English / Hindi and confident phone presence. Comfortable making cold calls to people who may not know about us. Basic computer skills - updating Excel sheets is mandatory. Self-disciplined, punctual, and consistent in hitting daily targets.

Work Schedule & Compensation



3 hours per day

(flexible within business hours but we will finalise the slot i.e. 10 AM to 1 PM or 2 PM to 5 PM if you are hired). Remote position - you just need a quiet space and a good internet/phone setup. Incentive on closed sales.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 per week
