Job Title: Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities:



- Lead Generation:

- Identify and generate new leads through various channels, such as walk-ins, referrals, and online platforms

- Qualify leads and assess their potential for conversion

- Client Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences

- Provide detailed information about properties, features, and benefits

- Sales Conversion:

- Convert leads into sales by presenting properties, negotiating prices, and finalizing deals

- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business

- Market Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes

- Provide valuable insights to the sales team and management

Requirements:



- Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
