Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads Explain property details, project features, and offers to customers over the phone Schedule and coordinate

site visits

for interested clients Maintain and update CRM records with client interactions and follow-ups Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Skills & Attributes:

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach Ability to handle objections and convert leads into site visits Professional grooming and positive attitude Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
