Role Summary



The Telecaller Executive is responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, generating and qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team by scheduling site visits and follow-ups. This role demands excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to maintain a positive and professional interaction with prospects.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Initial Client Engagement



Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided lead lists and databases. Engage prospects with clear and persuasive communication about residential projects. Understand basic client requirements to qualify leads effectively.

Follow-up & Appointment Scheduling



Follow up with inbound inquiries and potential buyers to nurture interest. Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team. Maintain consistent communication to keep prospects engaged and interested.

Client Data Management



Accurately record call outcomes, client details, and follow-up schedules in CRM systems. Update and maintain lead databases ensuring data integrity.

Coordination & Reporting



Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align telecalling efforts with campaigns. Report daily call activities, lead status, and feedback to sales managers.

Customer Service & Support



Address preliminary client queries regarding project details, pricing, and payment plans. Escalate complex queries to the sales executives or managers promptly.

Required Skills & Competencies



Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Friendly, professional, and persuasive telephonic manner. Target-driven with the ability to handle objections confidently. Organized with good multitasking and time management abilities. Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.

Educational & Experience Requirements



Any Graduate (B.Com, BMM, BMS, or equivalent). 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support (real estate experience preferred).
