We are hiring a

Telesales Executive

to join our team at

Mashmalo Technology

Your role will be to engage potential customers over phone calls, explain services clearly, and convert leads into sales.
If you have strong communication skills and the ability to influence customers, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers daily Explain company services (Web Development, Digital Marketing, App Development, etc.) Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions Maintain follow-ups and convert warm leads into confirmed sales Update CRM/records with accurate call details Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets Build and maintain strong client relationships

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills Strong persuasion and negotiation ability Basic understanding of sales & marketing Ability to handle objections politely and confidently Comfortable working with targets

Qualifications:

12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred) Prior telesales or customer calling experience is an advantage

Work Mode:

Remote / Work from Home

Salary:

?10,000 - ?20,000 per month (Performance-based incentives available)

Working Hours:

10 AM - 7 PM
