Qurocare is hiring a

telesales executive

to help us connect with patients and clients. The role involves handling phone calls, replying to ad enquiries, and explaining our healthcare services in a simple, friendly way

Responsibilities

Answer calls and respond to enquiries from ads and promotions. Make outbound calls to explain Qurocare's healthcare and homecare services. Communicate with patients and clients in

both Malayalam and English

. Share details of health packages and help clients make bookings. Maintain basic records of calls and enquiries.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in

Malayalam and English

.

Basic medical knowledge

(to understand and explain services clearly). Patient, polite, and people-friendly. Computer & phone handling skills. Experience in tele sales or customer service
