We are looking for a skilled outbound calling associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have
Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proven track record of success in outbound sales or customer service.
What you will do:
? Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.
? Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
? Maintain accurate records of calls and update customer information in the company database.
? Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns.
? Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for calls made, leads generated, and conversion.
? Participate in training and development programs to improve performance and achieve company
objectives.
? Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
What are we looking for:
? 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or customer service preferred.
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections.
? Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using a customer database.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
? Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
