We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Telesales Executive to generate new business, convert leads into sales, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role involves calling potential customers, promoting products/services, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Generate new business leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain good relationships with both existing and new customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details.
Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and remain motivated.
Customer-focused approach with relationship-building skills.
