Customer service

: Building relationships with customers and ensuring they are satisfied with the product or service. This can include following up with customers after they've made a purchase, and keeping them updated on new offers.

Product knowledge

: Being familiar with the products and services being sold, and being able to answer customers' questions or address their concerns.

Interpersonal communication

: Establishing rapport with customers over the phone, and using empathy, persistence, and persuasion to sell.

Handling rejection

: Being able to manage stress and rejection when dealing with customers.

Meeting sales

: Working to increase sales for the business and meet sales

Assessing the market

: Planning for the future of the company's marketing strategies.

Collecting customer information

: Gathering information on customer reviews, requests, and other demands.

Negotiation

: Being a good negotiator with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
