Telesales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, and converting prospects into business loan customers while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Monday to Saturday
Shift Timings:
9:30 AM - 6:45 PM
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote business loan products.
Clearly explain product features, benefits, and loan offerings to customers.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling activities.
Schedule appointments and follow up with interested prospects.
Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in the CRM system.
Follow up with existing customers to collect feedback and explore upselling opportunities.
Meet and exceed daily call volume and lead generation targets.
Build strong customer relationships and contribute to overall business growth.
Candidate Requirements
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with banking/financial software.
Proven experience in the loan department or telesales (preferred).
Minimum Qualification:
Graduation.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
