We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services
Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries professionally
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems
Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities
Resolve customer queries and objections effectively
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / 12th pass.
Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and convincing skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
Fluency in [English / Hindi / Regional language - specify]
Experience:
0-3 years (Freshers can also apply)
