Job Summary

We are hiring a

Tele Sales Executive

responsible for making outbound calls, onboarding dental clinics, and achieving monthly targets. This is a

target-based role

with fixed salary and performance-linked incentives.

Key Responsibilities1. Outbound Calling

Call dental clinics and doctors across India. Introduce DTCI and explain the platform, benefits, and onboarding process. Convince clinics to register and list their services.

2. Lead Conversion & Target Achievement

Convert daily leads and achieve assigned monthly onboarding targets. Maintain discipline and consistency in achieving sales numbers.

3. Follow-ups & Reporting

Maintain daily call logs and follow-up reports. Track leads, update conversations, and ensure timely conversions.

4. Coordination & Onboarding

Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and clinic listing. Ensure newly onboarded clinics experience a smooth onboarding journey.

5. Relationship Management

Build rapport with clinic owners and doctors. Maintain positive communication for long-term engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections. Ability to convince and build trust with clinic owners. Basic understanding of dental/healthcare industry (optional advantage). Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined in daily tasks. Minimum qualification:

12th Pass

(Graduates preferred).

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹29,036.37 per month
