Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Explain product details and benefits clearly and confidently.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales.
Maintain and update customer database (CRM).
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues if any.
Coordinate with the sales team for closing and post-sales support.
Prepare and share daily call and sales reports.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Good command over Hindi & English (or regional language).
Basic computer knowledge and experience in CRM is a plus.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
